Our online application makes it easy to take your first step in securing your new home. The online application can be completed in about 10 minutes and is entirely online through our application portal. Please note the application process is only for individuals or groups who are ready to lease a particular property/unit. If you are undecided or have additional questions please submit a housing request and our team will assist you.
Applications are typically reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours. The turnaround time is largely dependent upon the residents and their guarantors completing their applications.
The application is not considered complete until all residents and their guarantors have completed their portions of the application. The steps below outline what you can expect on the application.
Submit your online request for an application through our Contact Us page by selecting the Ready to Apply drop-down option. Our team will review your request and contact you within 24 hours to set up your account.
The personal information portion of the application will ask for your contact information, current address, and any information relevant to your residency at our community, like your vehicle information or pet registration.
We will also ask for a copy of your ID to log electronically on your profile. This helps ensure no fraud is being committed as part of the online application and allows for a reference check when keys are being distributed.
Most future residents require a guarantor to serve as the financial guarantee on their application. Guarantors are like co-signers whose income is used to meet the qualification standards for your application to be approved. On the application, you’ll have the ability to add the name and email address of your guarantor. Please make sure you are adding a guarantor per applicant if applicable.
If you are planning to qualify with your own income, you’ll have the option to enter your employment information on the application and upload a copy of your income verification. Please note that we do not accept student loans as income verification.
In this section you will confirm your leasing group is complete and add any missing roommates/guarantors.
We will also ask for an emergency contact in the event we need to contact someone on your behalf regarding your well-being. This will include their name, contact information, and confirming whether or not the individual listed has access to your unit.
In this section you will find a brief summary of all previous sections. Below you will find 3 policy documents to download and review. All three documents must be downloaded and once reviewed you must initial next to each acknowledgement box on the summary tab.
The final portion of the summary tab will be your applications digital signature, please make sure your digital signatures matches your exact application name.
You’ve made it to the final step. Congratulations! Complete your payment (If Applicable) and submit your application!
